Balachandra Menon writer, director and actor has started work on his new film with a catchy title
De Ingottu Nokkiye (Please look here). Menon is famous for his catchy titles and introducing new girls. This time, he has Sara, a Chennai model playing the female lead opposite Jayasurya. Jagathy Sreekumar plays an important role in the film. It is after a three year gap that Balachandra Menon is making a film and he says “
De Ingottu Nokkiye is a family story set against a political milieu, which has family politics and family in politics". Menon is making a film loaded with references to current political happenings and told in his own humorous way. Jagathy Sreekumar plays Vettikadu Sadasivan, a political leader who looks like the great legendary Tamil actor turned politician MGR in the films stills. Says Balachandra Menon: " It is a different type of film I'm making, which I'm sure people will accept warmly."
De Ingottu Nokkiye is due for Vishu release and has music by M.Jayachandran and is being produced by A.V Anoop.
